A LITTLE BIT ABOUT TALLULAH & BANGLES:

A question we often get asked is whether mum cats miss their kittens when they are rehomed.

In our experience, more often than not, mum cats have had enough of their offspring once they are weaned...and by the time they have reached 8 weeks old, the mums are more than happy (relieved even!) to see them go off to their new homes!

However, there are always exceptions to the rule - and Tallulah and Bangles are one such case.

Signed over to RSPCA inspectors, Tallulah was accompanied by her two 6 month old kittens, daughter Bangles and son Fizzy. We initially thought that we would be likely looking for a home for the two kittens as a pair, and that Tallulah would go separately, but cats do like to keep us on our toes, and it soon became clear that Tallulah and Bangles are best of friends.

They are rarely apart, and can usually be found snuggled up in bed together with Tallulah laying a protective paw around her daughter, whereas Fizzy is usually doing his own thing. We have therefore decided that Fizzy can go singly, and Tallulah and Bangles should go together.

Tallulah is vocal and friendly, very, very sweet; approximately 2 years old. Bangles is a lovely little lady but it's clear she relies on her mum for comfort and confidence.
