We are seeking a centre manager; the successful applicant will possess excellent proactive leadership and managerial skills, ensuring exceptional standards of animal welfare, excellent knowledge of infection control, and the ability to implement policies and procedures which include, but are not limited to, the satisfactory adherence to health and safety activities, completion of risk assessments and subsequent action plans.
Your ability to inspire, motivate, and value the existing team and our volunteer workforce is vital and key to the centre’s success in a financially challenging world.
The successful applicant will need to have proven experience of conflict management; acting with empathy and with diversity equity and inclusion in mind, and proven experience of working with members of the public.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will take pride in playing a pivotal role in the future development of the centre, its staff and volunteers. Candidates should demonstrate:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 Animal care/ Veterinary nursing qualification. Proven leadership/
Management skills. Full driving licence and excellent computer skills.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
