A LITTLE BIT ABOUT BLACKBERRY:
This cheeky chappy, is 11 month old Blackberry.
Blackberry came to us when his owner was moving and didn't want to take him along. Blackberry displays lots of signs of having been fed a low quality diet and having had little to no enrichment, leading to over-grooming from boredom.
He was very nervous when he first came into our care, getting very scared and skittish when we entered his pen, but he quickly bonded with our staff and since then realized that he had nothing to be worried about with us! He now loves to be stroked, and tries to stop us leaving his pen! He would love to go to a home where someone can give him lots of attention, strokes and brushing!
Blackberry has lived all of his short life in an indoor cage and he now loves being in a big pen where he can do zoomies and binkies! We would love for him to go to a new home with someone who can offer him lots of space and a friend or two, where he can start to learn how to be a proper rabbit!
Blackberry loves his tunnel, but cardboard boxes have his heart!
