A LITTLE BIT ABOUT DOREEN:
This beauty is the lovely Doreen, who has been on quite the journey in her young life.
Not yet 2 years old, she came into our care after being dumped in a rabbit hutch with her four kittens, already heavily pregnant again.
Two pregnancies in quick succession and 8 kittens later, Doreen was spayed and finally found a home to call her own, however she did not get along with the resident cat and despite her adopter's best efforts, sadly the cats were fighting so the difficult
decision was made to return Doreen.
It has become clear that Doreen wants and needs to be the only cat in her home, so she can get ALL of the attention. She loves a lap, and to cuddle up in bed with her human. She does like to go outside but doesn't stay out for long, nor venture far. She really does love being with her chosen person!
We think Doreen would do well in a home where she has someone around for a good deal of the day, and we feel she could live with older children. Obviously no other cats though, and we're unsure how she may feel about a dog.
